Roasted Chicken

What You’ll Need
4-10 pieces of chicken
6 yellow Idaho potatoes, sliced
1 Roasted Chicken Spice Pod
1/4 cup oil
1/2 boiled water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Suggested Recipe
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Dissolve one Roasted Chicken Spice Pod in 1/2 cup of boiled water, cover and rest for 5 minutes. Once dissolved, add in oil and lemon juice.
In a baking tray, add chicken and potatoes, then pour dissolved spice blend over top to coat evenly. For best results, wear gloves and gently massage the spice blend into the chicken and potatoes, ensuring each piece is evenly and thoroughly coated for maximum flavor.
Cover and bake for one hour, or until chicken is fully cooked and potatoes are softened.
Uncover, and increase heat to 400°F. Bake for 7 more minutes to brown.
Serve and enjoy.
